Shi Jin & Jonathan’s Fun & Casual Wedding

I just love Shi Jin & Jonathan’s fun & casual wedding this past weekend!! And I absolutely love THEM! We spent Friday evening at the Justice of the Peace to make it all official. Then, they had an ever-so-awesome & fun reception at Four Corners Brewery in Dallas. We decided to sneak away before too many people arrived to do a few pictures at this really neat, retro-looking hot dog restaurant. I mean, shouldn’t all marriages start off with love and tater tots? 🙂

Finally, a few days later, I sweet talked them into getting dolled up just so I could get a few shots of them around downtown. Congratulations, Shi Jin & Jonathan!!!!

Jenn & James – Engagement Sneak Peek

Jenn and James are one awesome, fun, & adorable couple! They’re the kind of people that can have you laughing within seconds of meeting them. When they met, they bonded over their similar tastes in fantastic films & great music. And, since they both love the theater, we just HAD to do part of their session at one of the coolest theaters in town – the Texas Theater in Oak Cliff! The group at the Texas Theater even put up their wedding information on their marquee! I can’t wait for their September wedding!

Antoinette & CJ

This winter has been super-crazy-busy and I know I just posted an awesome wedding, but I’ve managed to get another sneak peek out before I have to run off to shoot a New Year’s Eve wedding! Yesterday, I was so honored and excited to get to shoot Antoinette & CJ’s engagement session in Bishop Arts & Lake Cliff Park. It was cold and windy, but that didn’t stop us from having a fantastic session! I can’t wait for their August wedding!!!

Kayla & Matt

Ohhhhh, I just love how Kayla & Matt can’t stop smiling when they look at each other! We had quite a bit of competition for the locations that we wanted to shoot at since it was a gorgeous Saturday afternoon, but Kayla & Matt were patient and fun to work with the entire time. We got to throw a football around, play with bubbles, and had a silly string fight! How stinkin’ awesome is that?!
