This is an uncommon Daybed, designed in circa 1958 by Richard Schultz for Knoll International. Around the same time, Florence Knoll & Charles Niedringhaus were designing their own set of convertible sofas at Knoll; perhaps this was Schultz’s iteration of the model 703 omitting its removable backrest.
